MY BLOGAunt Green is getting quilted
Are we excited. Yes indeed we are. Aunt Green has finally made it to the quilting machine. Such a pity we wont be able to enjoy it completed for long. It is off to Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Museum for a three month holiday. We hope all our lovely American quilters will enjoy it while it is there. Words can not describe how incrediable this quilt is. Busy, Busy, But Making Progress

Below is a picture of the beautiful patchwork inspired cake that Kaye Hurcum made her mother-in-law Tonie for her birthday. Chocolate Mud Cake inside. Served with ganache and cream. It really did taste as good as it looked.

One whole bbq chook 4 tablespoons cream 1 can Campbells cream of Chook soup 4 tablespoons my homemade mayonnaise! Large head of broccoli steamed just, then dunked in ice water so it is 1/4 cooked. Mix mayonnaise, soup, cream SnP in bowl then layer the lot in dish. Crumble sour dough roll and sprinkle on top, grate cheese over the homemade breadcrumbs. Just heat enough to melt cheese and warm through. REMEMBER IT IS ALREADY COOKED SO ONLY HEAT.

Pre Release Advanced sale orders are now being taken for Di Ford Hall's first fabric collection, "Cloverdale House" with Andover Fabrics. There are 22 fabrics in this collection in total.
